As an allround IT employee you are at the center of the workplace management infrastructure and IT solutions. An important part of the work is communicating with the users, anticipating problemsthat users experience and solving these problems as quickly as possible. As an allround IT employee at our location in Heerhugowaard, you will use the Service Now ticket system to ensure that theinfrastructure is kept operational, so that users can work efficiently with the systems. When IT problems arise, we expect you to take responsibility and solve the problem, together with your IT colleagues.This requires teamwork as well as a high degree of independence and an above-average understanding of the IT environment.
Functie beschrijving
Companies to support in the region:
– Make sure that all users have an working operaitonal IT environment and use the systems in an optimized way.
– Deployment of new infrastructure based in IT budget.
– Support Production and Sales Sites in Heerhugowaard (mainly, 95%).
Development of usage of IT solutions:
– Running and manage smaller local projects related to IT infrastructure.
– Be part of regular meetings with IT colleagues in EU.
– Take initiatives and implement optimizations of business processes.
Team member:
Be a team member of IT Operation Europe.
Work as backup for Service Desk in other regions.
Cooperate with ONE Solution Group (CRM and ERP systems) in support and development issues.
Functie eisen en wensen
– HBO work and thinking level with several years of relevant work experience within an international organization..
– Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Windows 10,Windows Server 2012/2016/2019.
– On a daily basis MDM solutions.
– Knowledge and experioence with Unix / Linux, MS Exchange / VMware and ITIL framework.
– Good communication and IT technical skills.
– Pro-active/Self-motivated.
– Team player.
– Speak Dutch and English fluently.
